They provided the necessary tools to do the job. Recruitment industry in itself is high demanding and stressful. They allowed you to develop your own workflow and trusted the process.A little more upfront training would have been nice, but not a major issue.

Leadership is great, and people genuinely care and make you feel valued. Lots of opportunities to get involved! Only cons: work can get a little tedious sometimes and toronto office is not in an accessible location

Great company culture

Lock Search Group was the best employer I have ever worked for. They treat everyone with respect and trust. Everyone was highly valued as part of the team. They were generous in terms of incentives, perks, and pay. It has a great company culture - supportive, right balance of delivering the best for clients while still having fun. This would be a great company to work for if you are looking to advance your career in recruitment.

Job is very rewarding and no two days are the same. Dollars comes before ethics too many times. Generous with the staff but turnover was sometimes problematic.

You are involved in all aspects of the full recruitment cycle, and have the unique perspective of being able to assist both clients and candidates through the search process. You'll learn how to become hyper organized, and how to find truly spectacular talent! Helping someone find their dream job is definitely the most amazing part!
