Under paid over worked

Just not worth it they are ignorant don’t pay enough don’t have the right benefits the union works with Loblaws so you basically are in your own they hire anyone and the ones that make the cut don’t stay long cuz they have school or other things they rather do place just sucks and it’s worse over nite the bums out side get treated with more dignity and respect..

Like most retail places there is not enough hours, and no full time available work.

There is no job security at Loblaw. You are just a number, they will keep cutting your hours so shareholders get their massive bonuses. They do not offer full time employment so they will not have to pay benefits. To qualify for dental benefits you need to be employed for two years, and maintain 20 hours a week.

Garbage place to work

Horrible place to work. At no point in my employment did any of the full times care to chat with me and treated me like garbage due to being a mixed breed human.

Alright first job

It's alright. Easy to learn. But minimum wage and guaranteed item scanned at the wrong price during every shift. Bit of a toxic environment with coworkers gossiping about each other behind their backs.
