Loblaw Employee Review

Great place to learn

Many opportunities exist to move around the business and round out your skills. The office is open-concept and fosters collaboration and team building.

Career Jumpstarter

It’s a good place to get your career started, the culture is okay. Not a whole lot of diversity, but they are trying. The work isn’t very hard, but the turnover can add increased stress. I would recommend 2-3 years max because the pay isn’t very great.

Fast Paced and Challenging

The workplace can change on a dime to meet the needs of the marketplace, and this can be very challenging. It is very easy to find yourself carried away with the day in meetings, working on projects, and answering emails in between.

Easy teen job, Bad for boredom

I don't consider myself much of a people person, so a cashier job was already the wrong start. However its easy and very, very repetitive which is nice if you want to turn your brain off. Management seems to be iffy everywhere. Not a career.
