Interview was through the phone. I was hired on the spot. Easy job but they dont train you so expect to learn everything on your own. Its also a very toxic work environment.

Toxic environment and lack of professionalism from managers

The working environment is really tense inside of the place, a lot of different areas like to gossiping and talking about other workers creating a terrible work atmosphere. Be careful who you trust inside of the place because a lot of people don’t actually will like you and would make anything possible for save their jobs, however you can also meet really sweet people. Additionally, the management area lacks in professionalism and empathy towards their employees, you could find better places to work with than Loblaws.
