Managers are very incompetent and demoralized.
You start at minimum wage (they don't tell you that until you get hired), managers never take responsibility for their mistakes, barely any hours, more responsibility --> same wage. Stay away from this company at all costs.
Because management needs to be replaced completely and newly (well) trained management needs to come in.
Opportunities elsewhere.
