The managers/directors were a bit out of touch with other business units. SVPs were willing to burn out colleagues to beat a deadline. Lip service to change in getting better. Need to fire the old guard and bring in new people with higher standards on people skills.
Pros
Work from home options. Colleagues were friendly.
