Decent Job
It was a very busy clinic. Ma/Moa need to be compensated more for the work they do. Doctors are okay depending on where you work. ProsFree lunch and learningConsNot a job for you if you don’t like standing on your feet for long hours

Not so great
Worked as an MOA. Not paid well at all!! You think it’s great cuz of all the holidays that you get. You get paid twice a month and you live pay check to pay check. Management needs to be changed for sure. You are not a valued employee. Expect way too much of us. Morale of the team is down. Very busy but it is mentally draining. Doctors are VERY disrespectful. Only good thing is you work from home. Monday to Friday and like a 9-5 schedule which is good. But not good enough to keep us. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Stressful and understaffed
Too much work and chronically understaffed. No matter how hard you work when you think you’ve finally gotten to a reasonable level things will quickly pile up again, think upwards of 200-300 tasks to be completed. It’s impossible to keep up. Not worth the salary offered

Stay away
I had a very bad experience working in the IT department. it is expected to work overtime and be early. It's stressful and not a friendly environment to work in. On the bright side, I learned what I should stay away from and what are the red flags when I do an interview.

Good place to work but can be heavy work loads
Good place to work but can be heavy work loads and you need thick skin to deal with coworkers. Some are great and will help you while others seem to want you to fail.
