There were nice amenities, like a gym and free coffee. The benefits were decent, and the building was very well kept.

The employees were mostly friendly; abit uninspired for the majority, but this is because moving up was incredibly difficult (if not impossible) and the workload was exhaustive most of the time.

The company didn't seem to know - more... how to control the overwhelming amount of new clients they had picked up and drivers/dispatchers were always calling in- waiting 10 minutes to even 60+ minutes to get a hold of our center (we were grossly understaffed, and many were grossly under-t ... - less
