What was the most challenging part of your role at Little Caesars Pizza?

handling the staff

Low pay, sometimes stressful. Hours vary, too much or too little

Dealing with the downtime in between rushes, there's only so much cleaning to do.

Learning everything

The people were great at first but most of them quit because of bad management and that made us really understaffed all the time.
