management was fair open and willing to work with you..i miss the team there...job was hard . but fair , the nurses where . fair , easy to work with , you did your job they trusted you they would let you do your thing,

The work itself was enjoyable. Intensive care requires good communication between doctors and nurses to provide care for clients who are quite ill with sepsis, overdose,post surgical complications,respiratory and cardiac compromised states.
