Dealing with unprofessional "management".
The long forced overtime hours + being on call when the shutdown is finnally over. Over 140 hours of work in 2 week, and 12 hours per day the 2 weeks before that insane workload, and finishing with 16 hours day on the last day. Completly insane working hours numbers. All that workload for 2 weeks vacation per year. Who else does that in Canada ?
