I’ve worked for plenty of Landscape construction companies. Lighthouse Landscape is by far the most rewarding experience I’ve had in this industry. We utilize skill over brute strength, we utilize machinery over our backs, and we communicate instead of just yelling it out. Great company and rewarding work
I would recommend working here as the company offers competitive pay and treats their employees very good. The work is fast paced and you are always doing something new each day. There is a great group of guys that work here and everyone gets along great.

Working here is no life and hard work.
I was the equipment operator here a few years ago. I hated every minute of working here and it made me seriously depressed. I worked my butt off only to barely make any money. I was asked to work weekends for no additional pay. Top foremen are not fun to work with and I worked harder than both of them. Main landscape dude is a tool and you work to impress him with no rewards. Terrible experi...
