Worst place to work
Employee (Former Employee) –  Windsor, ON15 April 2019
I’d of given this place negative stars if possible. Don’t waste your time with this place. Management are two faced and have no idea what they’re doing. Over worked and underpaid. Only decent part of working there are the residents.

It is a very clean, friendly place to work. I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately I had to move far away. Co-workers are amazing and management was great.

The company does not treat their staff with respect.
Nursing (Current Employee) –  Windsor, ON21 February 2018
Some of the managers are great but overworked. The upper management is unorganized and not to be trusted. Most of the staff are great with the residents and provide good care.

Caring staff

Personal Support Worker (Former Employee) –  3387 Riverside Dr29 January 2018
Management does not have respect for their stuff. Use and abuse attitudes. Your better off working at Tim Hortons
Better job security. As soon as your near your hours to be apart of the union they find a way to say good bye.
I feel bad for the residents there.

This place is a dump in a terrible neighborhood, aleays getting robbed by sketchy crackheads. Staff is full of sociopaths and people who are just plain brutal to work with. Never have I ever had such an unenjoyabke work experience. Run far away from this dump.

Executive Director (Former Employee) –  Windsor, ON25 May 2016
It is a privately owned company with limited funds. Not a quick reaction to market conditions. Tended to micromanage which caused a lot of turnover in management.
