Local team is great / senior management hierarchy not so much

Outstanding work for little compensation or incentive. The local therapists / clinicians are fantastic to work with. No real mentorship or management. Left to figure things out on your own.

The work environment is up to where you are assigned to. It's a good place for new grads to start. Beneficial for improving communicating skills since you will deal with situations yourselves sometimes.Pay doesn't match workload.Limited improvement.

Low wages, Poor management, and Little training

This job is hectic… there are a long list of things you are expected to know and do. Little training is provided, and management is not involved in the training process. Pay is low for this position along with the fact that labour standard are broken left and right. Management is immature, disrespectful, and has very poor communication skills. Not great compensation

Stayed for the team and patients more than anything else. I was told we were on a pay freeze the two years I worked there. After two years I finally got a 1% raise.

Good place to work at

Working here was really good. The staff were super easy going and the patients were really nice too. When there was no patients, I would sit at the staff desk area and I would not get in trouble for being on my phone, even the Physiotherapists would be on their phones too.
