This is a good company with great potential that unfortunately is being run into the ground with terrible management. They make horrible decisions and then when they are called on them they blame the employees.
They hate employees that speak there mind or have an opinion.

Turnover rate is HUGE - out of the 60 people that were there when i started only about 15 are left, all others were let go for speaking their opinion or left as they could not deal with the bad decisions.

If you are happy being an automaton then you should do fine.

Culture within the teams is good, but most hate the management.

There are entire departments where management does not understand the day to day job yet still sets expectations and piles on the work. Cries for help are ignored and you are basically told to deal with it.

Promise of change happened every year - yet every year nothing changed for the better only the worse... including profits.
