Start LISTENING to employees instead of trying to push them back into line. Get someone in the department to manage that KNOWS THE JOB and is not just a paper pusher.
Address the stress levels as most employees re overworked and over burdened and unhappy. Lots of work ahead of you.
You get the standard amount. They are flexible with WFH days for most departments or flexible work hours if you need to go to a doctors apt, etc. Between sick and personal time i think it is 15 days.
