Great Company... poor Branch Management
The Management makes the team. Terrible atmosphere at certain branches. Great co-workers but definitely a very difficult place to be in if you fall out of favour of the manager.Multiple complaints to HR with no outcome or change.

Supportive learning environtment where the possibility of advancement are endless
From excellent training programs, to full support from upper management and peers, Libro was an incredible company to work for. Work Life balance was amazing, everyday you are set up for success, and have full support.First company I have ever worked for that the CEO, makes themselves available to each and everyone of staff on a personal, and professional level. The only reason I am no longer working there is I moved to Alberta, and they are only located in South Western Ontario.
Commercial/Agricultural Administrator in London, ON
Contract position working in the admin building. Very intense. Knowledge of commercial lending necessary. More training required for canidates not working within Libro.
Commercial Credit Ag assistant in Caledonia/Simcoe
Too many meetings and reviews constantly to the point of wasted time, car allowance and lunches where there is a ton of food uneaten. Too much pressure to cross sell and reach targets. Fake atmosphere with managers and higher ups. One of my serious situations w/ a college was basically swept under the rug.

Supervisors not trained properly, absolute poor management, and archaic technology. Most issues could have been solved with better technology and properly trained management.
