The manager of the Kelowna office was inexperienced and was micro managing,even in the personal life of the employees.The manager of the Kelowna office,is what they call an osmosis manager

Most people there already know each other from outside of work. If you are friends with them all is well. Frustrating policies and attitudes from management.Spend a lot of money on making it look pretty and little investment in staff salary. Poor training methods. Some questionable behavior on the part of some staff and you can’t say anything about it because they are defended as they are likely friends or you are imagining it. Very tense environment. You never know who you can trust. Not a place for long term employment. No real room for advancement. No way I would ever go back even though some do.

Not easy to track down managers and get them to respond to your messages. The overall group is a bit snotty, especially the people who provide tech support to people at home.
