General Labourer Staff (Former Employee) – Guelph, ON – 22 September 2012
I recieved calls the day before a work day to inform me of the shift start and end time. The shifts at Well.ca were my favourite as it was the most eas going and friendly work environment. There were multiple tasks to complete such as picking orders to be packaged, packaging them and then sorting the boxes to ensure they reached the correct destination with each courrier. The managers were approachable and understanding. I met many co-workers who became friends, all were approachable and helpful. The hardest part of the job was the erratic hours which were unpredictable affecting my sleep patterns. The most enjoyable aspect of the various jobs were satisfaction of seeing and job well done and the friendly up beat environment.
good intoduction to warehouse work, safety operations
Staffing Recruiter (Former Employee) – Kitchener – 14 November 2014
A typical day was very busy from meeting the needs of all my clients to interviewing candidates to visiting my clients making sure the workplace was safe i worked with a great team for 7 years everyone was on the same page and helped out each other i worked as reception and did payroll management was very supportive and provided all the tools each recruiter need to be successful. The hardest part of that position was i was staffing for the general labor industry and as faced paced as it was and even after the extensive screening there were some individuals who disappoint the clients and the company my most enjoyable part of my job was interacting with clients and helping someone find a position that was suited for them and going out on sales calls bring in new business providing excellent customer and client care
