What is the best part of working at the company?Its a mix bag, while claiming to be an IBM company they have there own policies governed by local market. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Employees do not get compensates at par with regular IBM colleagues. LGS works like a work centre where IBM outsources jobs for a cheaper price. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It is fairly balanced. An employee is able to maintain decent work life balance. What is a typical day like for you at the company?It is no different but actually depends on the client you are working for. LGS doesn't have any typical day of its own.

Not a recommended employer, the company hires on the background of IBM and its market value but it is actually run poorly by a group of employees without organization and pathetic communication.

Pros

The only pro is they offer work-from-home, and certifications offering(which is also due to their association with IBM)

Cons

HR communication is pathetic, No responsibility for employees, No good clients to work for, No specific organizational structure leading to chaos in employee engagement events, Salary info is withheld(and biased towards older employees)

Malheureusement, cette entreprise jette aussi facilement des bons employés comme du papier de toilette car il se base uniquement sur les propos des clients concernant les employés sur une fausse interprétation de leurs activités. Il se base beaucoup trop sur les compétences des clients et qui ne sont pas aussi compétant que l'employé qu'il juge. Les ressources humaines ont besoin sincèrement d'arrêter de mentir lors de l'annonce d'un fin d'emploi à un employé.

Une bonne compagnie

Entreprise assez stable. Il y a des contrats majoritairement gouvernements et grandes compagnies. Il y a rien de parfait mais si vous cherchez de la stabilité c'est un bon endroit. Il faut normalement aller chez le client pour faire le soutien et le support durant le mandat.J'ai aussi continué d'apprendre et me certifier.

Depuis que je travaille pour cette entreprise, je vois des améliorations dans les façons de travailler, dans les avantages sociaux et dans les outils de travail. On sent une volonté d'être à l'avant garde mais aussi de prendre soin des employés. Atmosphère amicale.
