A typical day at work would consist of providing high customer service on the phone and in person, booking service appointments for guests, answering questions and inquiries, ordering parts (including radio, amplifier and navigation units), redirecting phone calls to the appropriate individual or department, organizing and keeping the office sufficiently stocked with supplies, and general administrative duties. The managers are very understanding, reliable and honest individuals who care for their employees, which is one reason that makes the job enjoyable. Co-workers are respectful and positive. However, the hardest part of the job is the stress caused by the high volume of demanding customers and the high volume of calls during busy season (Spring & Fall).
