Good place to work at to get more experience under your belt! Everyone is nice and is always willing to help you out! It's best to be very organized as there is a bunch of paper work and dates to keep track of.

Productive and average workplace
Drive Through Attendant (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON22 February 2016
Typical day at work includes, front and centre dealing with customers the entire day from 7-5. We greet the customers and then get them checked in with his or her service advisor for the day. Co-workers do their jobs but the effort isnt the full amount. The hardest part of the job is picking up other co-workers slack because then the work load is doubled and then you're left with double the amount of customers who you have to take care of. The most enjoyable part of the day is my one hour lunch break where I can relax.
Pros
Day off during the week
Cons
Long hours with minimum wage

I would have to always be working except for lunch. The hardest part of the job would be figuring something out without any help.
Pros

Cons

Service Appointment Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON4 February 2013
A typical day at work would consist of providing high customer service on the phone and in person, booking service appointments for guests, answering questions and inquiries, ordering parts (including radio, amplifier and navigation units), redirecting phone calls to the appropriate individual or department, organizing and keeping the office sufficiently stocked with supplies, and general administrative duties. The managers are very understanding, reliable and honest individuals who care for their employees, which is one reason that makes the job enjoyable. Co-workers are respectful and positive. However, the hardest part of the job is the stress caused by the high volume of demanding customers and the high volume of calls during busy season (Spring & Fall).
Pros
small bonuses if certain quota is reached and lots of fun work functions
Cons
long hours, high volume of calls during busy season and demanding customers

Service Consultant (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON14 August 2012
Early starting work days (must be at dealership 6;15am to get ready for a 7:00am opening), long hours Service dept open 7:00am to 9:00pm Monday- Thursday, 7:00am- 6:00pm Friday 8:00am -4:00pm Saturdays. Fellow staff are pleasant and cordial. Everyones focus at the dealership is the Customer or as Lexus likes to call its clientelle
its "GUESTS". Management is focused at the task at hand and have the proper attitude and mindset to deal with situations involving staff and our guests equally well. Each department is afforded the proper amount of respect due.
Pros
modern facilty, close to home
Cons
long hours, sevice shop area not convenient for guests or fellow staff to access moreso in inclement wheather.
