I applied on indeed, I was called for an interview the following day. After the interview I was called the day of and hired as loan processor.
It takes nothing to get hired other than working from 1pm-9pm. (terrible)

Train your employees who are in positions of power and leadership better before promoting them. Listen to your employees when there’s a problem instead of dismissing them altogether. Implement measures to increase team spirit and make people enjoy coming back to work for your company.
