Welder (Former Employee) – Elma, WA – 27 July 2018
We would take an Arc-Welder to cut the bottom part of the dumpster create a new bottom, then weld the new bottom to the top. Paint it that classic dumpster green, then put that LEMAY company sticker on the front.
Driver/Operator (Former Employee) – Frederickson, WA – 5 July 2018
Adversarial relationships with management and corporate. This company is actively Union busting at the present time. However, if you can pass a drug test, stay off your phone and not not touch any button, switch or dial going down the road an not get injured or cause an accident you will have a decent paying career at Lemay.
Diesel and Gasoline Technician (Former Employee) – Tacoma, WA – 21 October 2017
99% of the time you will get 40 hrs per week but the pay is not at industry standers-by any means $20 an hrs for pm tec. $23 an hr for mechanic that's sad. IF your looking for a place that your not in a hurry or you want to learn basic thing it a great place. high turn overrate for experience people move on just my opinion.
CDL Driver (Current Employee) – Tacoma, WA – 10 September 2016
Will hire out side the company and overlook people for moving up!!!! Management will lie to your face!! If I had been told the truth in the interview process I would never have come to work hear. And equipment will break down all the time, one drive went through 4 trucks in one day they kept breaking down.
