Driver/Operator (Former Employee) –  Frederickson, WA5 July 2018
Adversarial relationships with management and corporate. This company is actively Union busting at the present time. However, if you can pass a drug test, stay off your phone and not not touch any button, switch or dial going down the road an not get injured or cause an accident you will have a decent paying career at Lemay.
Pros
Regular work
Cons
tough to meet many expectations

Repaird dumpsters.
Welder (Former Employee) –  Elma, WA27 July 2018
We would take an Arc-Welder to cut the bottom part of the dumpster create a new bottom, then weld the new bottom to the top. Paint it that classic dumpster green, then put that LEMAY company sticker on the front.
Pros
Was a pleasure to work there.
Cons
No advancement.

99% of the time you will get 40 hrs per week but the pay is not at industry standers-by any means $20 an hrs for pm tec. $23 an hr for mechanic that's sad. IF your looking for a place that your not in a hurry or you want to learn basic thing it a great place. high
turn overrate for experience people move on just my opinion.
Pros
No hurry
Cons
no one has tools

Will hire out side the company and overlook people for moving up!!!! Management will lie to your face!! If I had been told the truth in the interview process I would never have come to work hear. And equipment will break down all the time, one drive went through 4 trucks in one day they kept breaking down.
