The Worst Company to work for
Supervisor (Former Employee) –  City of Industry, CA13 April 2018
The wages are very low;
employees are treated poorly, like sweat-shop environment;
managers do not have experience and they are rude,
only people within the click are treated normal,
the only way to move up is to have a best friend in upper management.
There is a big turnover, most people hired do not stay more than 2 months, management is always changing.

Poor Upper Management
Team Lead (Current Employee) –  City of Industry, CA3 April 2018
Very Chinese-oriented culture company that has not found the right management team to be successful. The Headquarters (Inc.) managers do not know how to run an operation, they lead from behind a desk so they are unaware of what is really happening. The managers get offended if you speak back to them. Some employees are protected instead of being fired. Good company for hourly employees, but do not work there if you are on salary or commission. Does not want to pay employees what they are worth. Will find ways not to pay you your bonus.
Pros
Holiday lunches
Cons
Management is out of touch with operations and employees

Salesperson (Former Employee) –  New York, NY10 February 2018
-The high level management do not trust their employee. You must take photos to report what you have done every day.

-They told you it would be result-driven system, but it was not.

-The management do not know where to go, the only thing they do is sell cheap to hurt their competitors.

I like the people that I worked for in the past
Fork lift operator (Former Employee) –  Industry, CA26 October 2012
I start out by staging out going stock. I have learned inventory intake and the slip.I think that management is the best. And the co-workers work as a team and help in time of need. The hardest part is to make sure that you are on top of your orders, by the count is right the right product and are staged in a place that can be loaded in a safe manner. Is when the end of the day you are given a pat on the back for job well done.
Pros
i enjoy my lunch because there are times that we are given free lunch.
Cons
i don't feel that the brecks are short because we are payed to do a job.
