Generally, yes. The exception is the winter contract. Since it's only 6 weeks (mid-November & ending December 31st) it is not required.

All store staff do your job so they can use less staff. They are cheep on hours and give four hour shifts. Impossible to get 40 hour work week. Sundays used to be time and a half but that is gone, Never allowed to work over time.

No. They were removed and the people who were “grandfathered in” got a small payout. The wages did not compete with minimum wage and all benefits were quickly stripped away by the end of my first year.
