The interviews are set in two stages. The first one is with the Human Resources. They would ask you generic questions that you are usually asked in a job interview. If your candidacy is approved, your resume would get referred to a manager of the department you would be working in. If you are approved and short-listed, you would be invited to an interview with the manager and a few future co-workers, who would evaluate your personality and see if you would fit within the department.
