Customer Service in Red Deer, AB

Not a place for a career
The pay is bottom of the food chain even when you have a diploma with 5 yrs experience. No advancement opportunities, sales & managers are the only ones ever recognized or treated to bonuses/lunches. Management is not open to ideas or changes to make the business better. Not a good reputation in the customer service industry. Don’t bother asking for a raise, it’s a joke. Great work/life balance but not a place to stay long term. The people that actually work hard are shafted and the ones who don’t do anything get rewarded. Benefits are terrible too.

Stressful but Rewarding
Coworkers and management are incredible. There is a earning potential I am told. Work/Life balance is essentially non-existent but that is due to the industry not the company. I feel valued here and can't say that about previous jobs I have had. Obviously every dealership will be different but I can wholeheartedly recommend this location due to my own experiences. I have nothing negative to say about the auto group. 9/10

Very thorough and supportive team
Since I have been employed with LAG for a little over 2 years it has been nothing but positive. The managers encourage you to take your days off and do not ask questions if you need other days off for family issues.

Close knit team
Learned alot, grew into different positions and always had fun at work. Fast paced and great team, customers seem to enjoy it as well. Would strongly reccomend

Been here a year and a half and i hope to put many more years in and to climb the ranks for Lagauto!
show up in the AM when scheduled, login in and follow up with your leads and then a team meeting. Have a manager chat with you 1 on 1 and see what he can do for your leads. often have fun competitons regarding who can make the most appointments in a day and get a free lunch the next day etc. Fun and awesome group!
