They really care about their employees, are always looking for ways to make improvements and actually care about the staff think. Sure, sometimes things are hard, but that's landscaping for you!Steady work, good pay, and awesome people! You really do get rewarded and appreciated for your hard work here.

Mixed Feelings

The company had amazing co workers who were driven, however management could be improved. I enjoyed the general work but would have preferred working on more commercial sites rather than mostly residential.
