Fun and very accepting place to work and you'll actually be learning

A typical day of work here is equally Fun and Busy. Afterwards the night is capped with beer among co-workers. You are also constantly learning new skills and techniques you normally get from those big cooperate restaurants and your actually pleased about what your cooking/severing. Great Place to work.

I have never had a job I love as much as working for Lake of Bays. I felt welcome right from the beginning and nothing has changed. There is so many staff perks, and our whole team has a positive attitude! Can’t say enough good things about working for this company.

Unprofessional

The people who run this place have no experience, they are greedy and don't have any loyalty to employees. No one knows what they are doing in management, no respect for people and no HR, so inexperienced management is making decisions. They don't know how to run a business.

Would never recommend

Pay is way to low for cost of living, horrible management in all departments. You are a disposable employee. If they want you gone they tell you your position is no longer available/needed we are reorganizing the company and bye bye. Seen this happen to at least 4 employees. Much better jobs out there save your time and energy.
