In a typical day, I have to make a split, I start at 10am and finish at 12pm, it depends of how busy the restaurant is. I run all day to satisfied my clients and make sure they have everything and enjoy the service and meal. I work until 4 and 13 hours per day, I never know.
I learn about organization, team work, how to deal with people and satisfied the customers
The hardest part of the job is think about everything being fast. you have to adapt yourself to the customer.
The most enjoyable part is when all your customers are satisfied about their services and come back
no breaks on occations
