An okay place to work.
Was hired on contract. The immediate team was wonderful, but the cost-cutting measure implemented by the company kept me from ever feeling welcome or valued. Every other Friday off was nice, but the excessive workload, disorganization, and lack of value as a contracted worker had me burnt out very quickly.

Nice people terrible management and culture - cheap
Most of the people are great to work with, very intelligent and the job was fulfilling and busy. Learned something new almost everyday. The pay and benefits are ok but on every other point the company is cheap and doesn't value their employees except for their managers. Huge layoffs every year near fiscal year end or shareholders review. Close down offices and let people go and don't rehire leaving 1 or 2 employees to absorb all the work without pay increases. Only 1-2% maybe 3% pay increase once per year depending on reviews. Reviews are commonly used as a way to exclude employees from getting the top pay increase. No official training for certain jobs and convoluted work arounds to get the job done. Employees pay for their own coffee, no company Xmas party unless you pay for it yourself. HR is a heartless joke and NOT there for the employees! You mean NOTHING to them, you are just a faceless number.

Every other Friday iff
Fun place to work with subsidized cafeteria. Bagels every Thursday and every other Friday off. That's two long weekends every month. Lots of opportunity to work with really smart people (PHD's) and Engineers.

Horribly disorganized, terrible management
Worst company i have ever seen for organization and employee management. Very dishonest management that will lie outright to coverup there inability to accomplish basic management tasks. Promise the union everything they ask for, then never follow through with anything but lies and excuses. I wouldnt go back for triple the pay

Was good in my own little bubble
I was lucky to be in a good team but once you need the support of management you soon realize that they are self centered and only looking out for themselves
