Job work-life balance

This job started out fine, but after a a month they turned from the whole “family” vibe to treating you like just another number. They cut your hours to nothing and you’ll be working very minimally that you could have a second job and they wouldn’t notice. The customer service lead is awful and will treat you terribly when you are a person of another background, and will humiliate you in front of other staff. The store manager spends more time criticizing your work rather than training you to become better. They pay you minimum wage and no commission, yet they record your employee number after each sale completed, so they can keep watch on how much you’re raking in for them, then if it’s a slow day they can cut hours and not feel bad. Don’t work here unless you plan to work a second job or don’t mind being treated badly…
