Dommage que les embauches ne suivent pas un candidat qui a fait ces preuves pendant 29 mois n'a pas plus de chance qu'un candidat qui arrive, je trouve que les critères d'embauche sont bizarre.

Ambiente lavorativo stimolante

Ho avuto la possibilità di fare l'Hostess per conto di L' Oreal Luxe durante i periodi festivi. Un buon punto di partenza è avere la passione per l'ambiente della cosmetica ed essere disposti a stare molte ore in piedi. Non è un lavoro stabile ma ben retribuito dove si imparano molte cose nuove.

Realmente, fue la mejor experiencia profesional!! Fue unos de mis primeros trabajos .. así que todas las personas que conocí cumplieron un papel importante para mi , en el aprendizaje! Me fui de viaje a Mallorca , con todos los de la empresa , sin todavía ser ser de la compañía, lo hicieron como premio por mi trabajo e implicación! Siempre valoraron mis esfuerzos y mi actitud, eso fue muy importante para mi vida profesional!!

Great and supportive management team with some room for careers progress. My area manager and regional were very supportive and had a great professional relationship but unfortunately had to leave after some reductions post pandemic.

Never received an incentive won back in the summer after lots of hard work to achieve the expected result . Told not to use company PPE on days off by area manager ( South East) Staff shop is good and was a small perk in working for Loreal luxe in Boots .

Management are non existent, you’re chucked on counter with no training or support.They don’t like anyone who’s a bit quirky or different, if you have any tattoos or piercings they ask you to take them out and hide them. If you have any illnesses or extra needs they won’t accommodate them.God forbid you’re ever sick and need a day off or late by 2 mins because they will use that as an excuse to fire you.They money is okay as you get okay commission but your job is not secure.Unless you’re a posh upper class person who walks about in traditional blouse and heels they won’t like you.
