What advice would you give the CEO of Kuntz Electroplating Inc about how to improve the company?
Stop giving office people and management raises and bonuses and give it to the workers who actually make the place run. Stop making shift supervisors do half of HR's job so they can focus on their shift more and would make the company a lot more money by having less rejects. Also when someone gets written up stop letting HR get them off of it unless it's a valid reason because you are just making more lazy people in your company because they know they can get away with anything now.Asked 19 December 2020
