3PL for an aircraft manufacturer in Westwind drive so the focus was on quality not speed. Took 1yr to get the permanent role as i was with an agency. Not a bad place to start ur career in warehousing. Its a warehouse so manage ur expectations.

Mediocre job and manipulative work environment

Giving less job training, asked to give more for less and the trainer who is assigned to train you is a manipulative, self-absorbed, playing victim person who is always has one issue after the other and still blows my mind how this individual still works for the company. Stay away from this company at all cost cause you will end up with no pay raise and job advancement and security or work there at your own risk!!!

People are decent, Work not very interesting

It's a small office with people who somewhat get along. Management is upbeat and decent. The culture mirrors The Office, with people getting excited over minor celebrations with cake. Would not recommend to anyone with ambition.

Very toxic management

It's a company that has no place to promote or teach you more. The management is extremely toxic. The company doesn't care for their employees . They dont appreciate nothing. I would not recommend my worst enemy to work at KN.

No proper training. Expect perfection on day one. Many quit after 1 day amd they fire part time staff once they do need because the business is unstable

Poor salary compensation but a place to learn

KN is a good place to learn and build a career but quite poor at salary compensation & review. I quit the working with KN soley because of poor salary. You work so much to earn little, considering the average salary rate in the industry.

Sweat shop

People don’t talk to each other. We were like working in an assembly line. Managers are not leaders at all. I don’t know what they managed. It is established European company over 100 years ago. To my surprise, it has no corporate culture.
