Works you and upper management like dogs, no support , no one to go to for help, impossible deadlines due to staffing shortage and make you feel guilty for not being able to work like you are 5 people

Great place to start your career

KPMG is a great place to start your career. It opens the door to many opportunities and there’s a lot to learn and room for growth. There are some long days during busy season and high expectations but it’s worth it for the experience you gain

As expected, hours are super long when you work in audit/assurance. Overall, toxic work culture. Only plus is that health benefits are great & almost unmatched compared to other companies.
