Management is horrible

Worked here as a server during summer 2022. Mgmt is horrible . They shout and scream at you all the time . if you make a mistake in front of the owner , you are let go . Not good for mental health.

Horrible Management

The management at Kost is awful. I was hired full-time but only received 1 shift every ten days. There is no training, and managers are incredibly condescending and rude when you ask for help. Management will also scream at you for being cold even though you're outside in early April with crazy winds in a skirt. typical higher end restaurant

if you enjoy being a part of nightlife could be a good job for you. the hours are long and it may be difficult to get a break. the work culture can feel a bit cliquey with the main people.if you are liked personally you will be rewarded with shifts.

Friendly environment great management

Would never recommend to work at this place

It is one of the busiest restaurants in Toronto in summer season. Management is horrible, nothing is organized and there isn't any proper training. They will throw you on the floor with no help or training and will expect you to be 'helpful' from your day one.
