8:30-5 however there are departments that have an expectation of staying longer hours to get orders in and deliveries scheduled. No OT is offered but possible lieu days in exchange for your sacrifice of work life balance.
Unless Konica can become more forward thinking, change the leadership to a younger more capable team of individuals the company will suffer. However, there is a possibility of success if those changes are made. The current CEO along with many of the other leaders should retire. However, in their current state of continuing to be followers of their competitors their future is meek.
What advice would you give the CEO of Konica Minolta about how to improve the company?
Pay more, promote from within and explain to your staff that they are NOT special.
Company culture lacks greatly. No career path offered, no encouragement of development, real training isn’t offered, sales on-boarding is a joke and leadership is absent.
