Unless Konica can become more forward thinking, change the leadership to a younger more capable team of individuals the company will suffer. However, there is a possibility of success if those changes are made. The current CEO along with many of the other leaders should retire. However, in their current state of continuing to be followers of their competitors their future is meek.

Very poor training. Konica people do not know what Information Tech is or how to sell it. The IT Div services are expensive and the lots of turnover with sales reps too Train mgmt to stop micro mgmt. Get a good marketing company to help. It’s a copier mentality.
