Offer employees autonomy and lead on a case by case basis, rather than broad spectrum catch-all policies that are created for the lowest common denominator. Stop forcing employees to work 15+ hour days, it's not safe for their health and well-being.

Depending on which team you are on, some of the teams are amazing and filled with fantastic people. HR drives a fear-based culture; best to avoid their attention. Some positions have a good balance, others are 80-100 hours per week some weeks, it all depends on the position. Management is generally extremely competent.

Extremely slow, minimum 3 interviews. Once finally selected, I wanted to give my employer 3 weeks of notice in order to finish an important project. This was not allowed and I then spent my first 3 days sitting alone learning nothing, as nobody had spare time to train me that week anyway.
