Working at Kognitive
Field Sales Supervisor (Former Employee) –  London23 May 2019
Days can be very long at times when spending up to four-hours commuting. Customers can be great at times and sometimes they can treat you like your not even human. Overall I'd say the environment is good and that everyone's trying there best to make a living.
Pros
independence
Cons
lack of work life balance

Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC7 July 2019
It is a horrible environment. The company does not look after you and leadership are cruel. Its even a joke amongst staff that the CEO shouts and makes staff cry. This company does not deserve to be successful
