Good start into insurance, but there needs to be room for improvement in all areas

The workplace was welcoming and good for building teamwork. This is a good place to get your foot in the insurance industry. However, the turnover rate needs to be improved. Management needs to step up and support their front staff and brokers instead of focusing on moving bodies within management roles. Within one year, I had gone through 3 different managers.

Good place

Good people. People are very friendly and helpful. The work load is reasonable. Reasonable payment and benefit package. Nothing to complain about. A bit of high turnover on front line.

The turn over rate is horrendous, within the past 5 months, we have had 6 people leave just for the front staff at our office.
