Knewsales is a great company to start your career and build your skill set. If your interested in sales and marketing this company will provide many platforms for you to develop your experience. They deal with a broad range of clients and programs which helps diversify you. It is a Boutique style agency so growth opportunities are limited here. It is not that there is no growth available however it is a small company and not many opportunities are present frequently. If you do work in the Management department, job work/life balance becomes very difficult, it is a very demanding role, you will need to be available 24/7 to your teams and superiors. You must have a very dedicated and hard work ethic in order to handle and enjoy that role. Salary is entry-level, with ability to be higher based on commissions from your role. This again is highly dependant on which clients and programs you are working with. Job security is there if you are dedicated and hard working and produce results, however without clients, there is no job so you need to ensure you are hitting requirements and growing client lists. The job culture and company culture is excellent, very open minded and open culture, lots of events and activities for the staff and a very open door policy with talking and expressing thoughts, opinions, feelings.
Overall, it is a great place to enter the marketing/sales world and get your feet wet, build your skills and have a solid experience under your belt to move forward.
