Good staff, poor management
Customers are mostly nice, days can be a little boring when not busy. The staff are not treated fairly in regards to pay or bonuses. There is a lot of favoritism for a select few by the store manager. The hours are really good and you never have to work a holiday. Days off are split, never have two off in a row. Management unwilling to enforce company policies, let certain people do as they want. Laziness is rewarded, hard work is rarely noticed!

Messy place
Missmanagement, they focus only to sell the tools. They dont respect employee,as much as you work, nobody see,no pros and cons, same wage for everybody. They dont care if you fix 20 tools or one,at the end of the month they pay the same to everybody.

Good management, meh pay
Best job I've had by far. Accommodating and understanding management, wonderful coworkers, and the least toxic retail environment I've ever worked in. You actually feel like your boss cares about you. The only downside I would say is the pay. They ask you to do a lot for minimum wage, even if you're very experienced in your role. However management is very approachable with any concerns you have, so there is the possibility you could ask about it.

Management problems
Management has their favorite workers. Especially if they play video games online together. The friends can bully anyone and make people cry without any repercussions. Management have I'm the boss complex and no ideas are better than theirs. Have to focus on sales but they push you to focus on putting out stock more.

Job security, but low wages
Management is incredibly friendly and enjoyable to work with, however, there is a culture of bullying amongst the other employees. The work is decent, the pay is not. I quit when minimum wage was going to be more than my wage, after being with the company for over a year.
