New Mgmt is promising

Ever since the new mgmt took over, things had been way better than before. Though it still has a lot of work to do, they are definitely trying make it a great place to work again. Some employees don’t understand that these things take time. They have only acquired the business for almost two yrs and mgmt literally started from scratch re-building the whole company because it was left at such a horrible state. Piece of advice to mgmt: please focus and invest next on your employees.

Pretty good compared to other places I've worked

Schedules are flexible, full-time schedules can be 3,4 or 5 days per week. Schedules are busy, and there isn't much back-up, so one bad patient can throw the whole day off. You're on your own, which is a good thing unless you need help, it isn't usually available. However, the equipment is good and well maintained, rarely problems there. Management is mixed, some good and some bad. Hardest part of the job is dealing with the "bad". Physicians there are easy to work with and happy as long as you do the best you can, they understand some pts. aren't going to be clear and pretty studies. It's a great group of employees, for the most part everyone gets along well, does their job well, and helps each other out.
