The most useful review selected by IndeedWe work with kids, and aside from making sure they are safe, we are here to help them have fun. We are encouraged to pursue our own interests with the children and get them excited over things we enjoy. The owner believes that to succeed we need happy kids, happy families, and happy staff.We get health benefits and it's incredibly flexible with time off. We are encouraged to take time off for physical and mental well being.
