High stress environment
Hires too little people for too many projects. The four months I was there, there were more than 5 people that either left or was laid off. More people left in the two months after I left. You won't get training because no one has time to train you. Project coordinator position taking on project mangers job, but paying coordinator rates. Been to a recruitment company and even they gave a mixed review about Klondike, and these are the people that should be selling you the company (since they make a commission)

Inexperienced and immature management
The office feels like a highschool, with the local bully at the helm, and the principal largely absent. Good people come...and go, from this office, with an incredibly high employee turn-over rate.

Great place to work
The best thing about this place is the work ethic that the company runs on, which make every employee accountable for their actions. This gives rise to a sense of accountability that is rare in other places of work.
