Territory was set out and I called on specific customer base. The job itself was fun. Many times I had to think outside of the box to sell in certain products. I managed my own territory and customer base. Sales targets were set and unachievable. Management concentrated too much on sales figures and numbers and didn't help staff to grow their territories.
