Not a place for educated people
Written by Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) from New Westminster, BC on 22 November 2017
Not a place for University educated people or people with the desire to grow. I have been promised promotions twice and moved to another location when my job performance was not the issue.

Management consists of people with no formal University education for the most part and the decisions they make reflect that. You will not be trained properly - more ... but you will be hung out to dry when you are not able to complete your duties.

Good place to work if you want an easy job with no real advancement but not if you are education and ambitious.

I am leaving the company as soon as something bet ... - less
Prosco-workers are mostly friendly, flexibility to fit in things outside of work.
ConsExpect you to eat lunch at your desk, no breaks, angry clients, very poor management
