Its understandable that the company needs to make money to survive but posting all over the world how well you are doing while behind the scenes you are cutting more and more. we the work force make you your money keep it up and one day you wont have a work force to get you your gold or better yet come june the workforce may unite and vote the union in. my favorite line the new management uses "they are always hiring at mcdonalds if you dont like it here''. i would pay the men and woman what they are deserved. would eliminate your poor excuse for company functions. promote a healthy lifestyle by providing gym memberships to all that want them. stop nickle and diming everything. provide proper amounts of p.p.e and actually focus on safety not production. is it going to take someone getting killed before you smarten up. this place is unsafe.
