Fun Coworkers, Bad Management

Coworkers are young and fun. Bad management. They are not open minded, so you cannot contribute your opinion to managers. Some managers do not even speak English

Pay fare but lots of cleaning and Japanese style working.

If you are white it is a nice place to work but if you are Asian they will ask you as a Japanese way, and if you are Japanese, it’s like working in Japan

It is a fun workplace

Descent place to work. Sometimes flexible with the schedule. You get to learn a few Japanese sentenced which is pretty cool. Lots of shouting to make it have a different ambiance.

Good people bad management

Kinton is a place where the food is good and the price is good. If you are a non-Japanese person it is probably difficult to work at Kinton. They have a pretty strict policy and around the payment although it is punctual it is quite low.

It is okay to work

Minimum wage + tip so ok. Pay one time. Work environment depend on the team you work with plus the manager. Could have improve on the tech ealier to make the workflow better and more efficient
